The brief was to create a landmark building to exemplify the principles and philosophies of Laurimar. The Laurimar Community Centre exhibits the true ingredients of a multi-purpose commercial building: a site requiring intelligent design, complexity of construction techniques required, positive site management, fixtures and fittings of the highest quality and detailed workmanship that can only bring a project like this to fruition.
